MILLER FAMILY BUSINESS PARK
The Miller Family Business Park was developed and built in response to the growing need for retail and commercial space in central Mckinleyville, Humboldt County’s fastest growing community.
Pacific Builders’ work on the project has included the initial construction as well as tenant improvements for seven tenants to date. These tenants include The Dollar Zone, Absolutely Fabulous (beauty and tanning salon), Aloha Scrapbooking and Bayside Realty.
FEATURES
The project includes approximately three acres of site development and a 27,000 square foot prefabricated Garco metal building. The building matches the economy of the prefabricated metal building with manufactured stucco panels for a clean, aesthetically pleasing look.
