AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK
Airport Business Park represents a new direction for Humboldt County office space: an environment dedicated from the ground up to providing modern, aesthetically pleasing, easily accessible business spaces in a new development adjacent to Humboldt County’s commercial airport.
Pacific Builders is proud to have been selected by Steve Moser of Moser Properties as his builder of choice to develop the 53 acre parcel. The project is expected to take 10 to 15 years to complete and has the capacity for nearly a million square feet of office space.
FEATURES
To date, Pacific Builders has completed two projects in the development, including an 8,000 square foot building that includes Moser Properties’ home office. Pacific Builders also completed a 5,000 square foot design/build project for the accounting firm of May & Abrahamsen in August 2005.
A 6400 square foot building consisting of professional office suites is currently under construction.
